Bob Dean is the Director of the North American business for Profiling Online where he is responsible for talent management strategy consulting and regional business development based out of Chicago. Bob brings over 25 years of experience in professional services firms, serving as a learning and development leader/CLO at Ernst & Young and Grant Thornton. From 2007-2009, Bob served as Vice President of Learning & Talent Development at Heidrick & Struggles and co-developed the firm’s global talent management strategy.
